If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all users including affiliates, advertisers, visitors, and anyone accessing our platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

OrbiFive operates as a complete digital and performance marketing company specializing in:

• Affiliate network services
• Lead generation & pay-per-call marketing
• Media buying
• Digital marketing & targeted advertising
• Conversion optimization
• Audience analytics and tracking technology

We provide exclusive offers, marketing materials, lead delivery systems, tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and dedicated support for both advertisers and affiliates.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

To create an account with OrbiFive:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve full rights to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, false information, suspicious activity, or violation of our guidelines.

4. AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

Affiliate participation requires approval by OrbiFive. Approved affiliates must comply with all rules including:

• No spam marketing
• No misleading ads
• No trademark bidding
• No fraudulent traffic
• No cookie stuffing
• No incentivized or bot traffic

Commission structure, payment terms, and offer guidelines are provided in individual affiliate agreements. OrbiFive reserves the right to hold or deduct payments for invalid leads or policy violations.

5. LEAD GENERATION SERVICES

Businesses purchasing leads from OrbiFive agree to:

• Pay for delivered leads as per agreed price
• Understand that lead quality may vary by campaign
• Follow up with leads promptly
• Comply with Bangladesh ICT laws, data privacy laws, and telecommunication regulations

We do not guarantee conversions or sales results.

6. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms depend on the service type.

For Affiliates:

• Payments are processed monthly
• Subject to minimum threshold
• Subject to verification of traffic quality

For Advertisers:

• Payments must be made within the agreed invoice period
• Typically Net-15 or Net-30
• Late or non-payment may result in service suspension

All payments must comply with Bangladeshi tax and banking regulations.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

All logos, materials, creatives, and data associated with OrbiFive are proprietary. Users may not copy, redistribute, or modify content without permission. Any content submitted to OrbiFive (e.g., testimonials, creatives, case studies) becomes the company’s property.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Manipulate tracking systems
• Use misleading marketing methods
• Exploit system vulnerabilities
• Violate advertising or data privacy laws
• Engage in any activity harming OrbiFive’s reputation
